Position: Media Traffic Coordinator

As the Media Traffic Coordinator, you will be a member of the agency media team. Your primary responsibilities will be to effectively & efficiently execute the tactical activities as defined within a comprehensive traditional media plan tailored for each of our clients.  Our total solution approach draws upon the best and brightest thought-leaders and subject matter practitioners in the areas of strategy, digital and traditional media and marketing, web development, marketing automation and content development to deliver quality marketing services within Bluespire’s core industries of healthcare, senior marketing and financial services.

What you’ll do:

  • Set up project deliverables and assign resources within Teamwork project management system, as directed by the client media plan and flowchart
  • Create and issue vendor POs within OpenAir financial accounting system
  • Partner and communicate with media vendors to drive high quality delivery of traditional media/ads to achieve defined timing/deadlines
  • Traffic media assets with appropriate team members
  • Review/upload tear-sheets within media repository
  • Reconcile media vendor invoices
  • Keep media flowcharts accurate and aligned with creative messaging and other changes
  • Research media opportunities
  • Contribute to a strong and thriving agency culture

Critical Professional Attributes:

  • Entry or up-to one year experience in traffic coordination/media assistant role
  • Well versed in MS Excel
  • Proven success operating effectively within a collaborative culture
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proven ability to drive project completion and willingness to roll-up-sleeves & work extra as needed
  • Personal/professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-assured with a strong team player orientation
  • Quick study with ability to drive solutions to frequent, fast-moving challenges and opportunities
